Bekasi, 21 September 2026 \u2014 <\/strong>Food Ingredients Asia (FIA) 2026 menjadi ruang bagi Haldin untuk bertemu dengan pelaku industri dan mengeksplorasi berbagai kebutuhan dalam pengembangan produk berbasis natural building blokcs.<\/p>\n

Mengusung tema \u201cCreate What\u2019s Next,\u201d Haldin menghadirkan natural building blocks dan berbagai application concepts untuk menunjukkan bagaimana natural ingredients dapat dikembangkan menjadi beragam kemungkinan produk. Selama tiga hari penyelenggaraan, Haldin mencatat lebih dari 250 leads dari pengunjung yang berinteraksi di booth.<\/p>\n

Ketika Natural Building Blocks Bertemu Tuntutan Formulasi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salah satu insight yang muncul dari berbagai percakapan selama FIA 2026 adalah kebutuhan terhadap bahan-bahan natural yang semakin spesifik.<\/p>\n

Pelaku industri tidak hanya mencari bahan dengan karakter natural, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan konsistensi, sensory profile, dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan formulasi. Bahan natural dapat memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga kebutuhan terhadap natural building blocks yang lebih konsisten dan sesuai untuk aplikasi menjadi semakin relevan.<\/p>\n

Ketika kebutuhan formulasi menjadi semakin spesifik, eksplorasi tidak berhenti pada building blocks, tetapi berlanjut pada bagaimana bahan tersebut dapat diterapkan menjadi berbagai kemungkinan produk.<\/p>\n

Di FIA 2026, Haldin menghadirkan berbagai natural building blocks dan application concepts untuk memperlihatkan bagaimana bahan natural dapat dieksplorasi ke dalam beragam pengembangan produk.<\/p>\n

Dari berbagai building blocks yang ditampilkan, coconut dan functional ingredients menjadi dua kategori yang paling banyak ditanyakan oleh pengunjung selama pameran. Ketertarikan terhadap functional ingredients juga hadir di tengah meningkatnya perhatian konsumen terhadap kesehatan dan nutrisi. Di Indonesia, 55% konsumen menyatakan bahwa pilihan makanan mereka didorong oleh keinginan mendapatkan nutrisi yang baik, sementara di Asia Pasifik, minat terhadap produk dengan manfaat kesehatan dan functional benefits terus berkembang.<\/p>\n

Ketertarikan tersebut kemudian bertemu dengan berbagai application concepts yang dihadirkan Haldin, khususnya dalam kategori beverage, dairy, dan nutraceutical. Pengunjung dapat mengeksplorasi aplikasi seperti Kolak Pisang Latte, Natural Coconut Sports Drink, Feminine Elixir, berbagai ice cream dan susu, hingga Energy Snack Bar dan Beauty Snack Bar.<\/p>\n

Pendekatan ini menunjukkan bagaimana natural building blocks dapat dieksplorasi dari karakteristik bahan hingga menjadi berbagai application possibilities sesuai kebutuhan pengembangan produk.<\/p>\n

Innovation in Action<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eksplorasi tersebut diterjemahkan secara langsung melalui Live Innovation Session bersama Dennis Guido, Food Technologist sekaligus kreator konten, pada 17 September 2026. Dalam sesi ini, Haldin memperlihatkan proses pengembangan Herbal Shot, mulai dari pemilihan natural building blocks hingga formulation, processing, dan quality control.<\/p>\n

Selain Herbal Shot, Haldin juga menghadirkan sejumlah live demonstrations untuk memperlihatkan beragam kemungkinan aplikasi dari natural building blocks. Di antaranya Golden Vanilla Waffle yang menggunakan vanilla powder dari Haldin, dengan honey dan arenga syrup dari Haldin sebagai topping. Tiga demonstrasi lainnya meliputi Curry Dry Rub Chicken yang menggunakan curry powder dari Haldin, Matcha Coconut Pandan yang menggunakan powder matcha, coconut, dan pandan dari Haldin, serta Jamu Soda yang menggunakan building blocks fungsional dari Haldin.<\/p>\n

Rangkaian live demonstrations ini memperlihatkan bagaimana Haldin mendukung R&D pelaku industri FMCG dalam mengeksplorasi ide dan kemungkinan inovasi produk. Dengan menggabungkan market trends, natural building blocks, serta formulasi dan proses yang tepat, Haldin membantu menerjemahkan peluang inovasi menjadi berbagai aplikasi produk dengan hasil yang konsisten.<\/p>\n

Sandra, pemilik kebun sekaligus bagian dari Hiroto Group, datang untuk mencari Honey Paste dan Honey Liquid, sementara Brenda, seorang ibu rumah tangga, mengunjungi booth untuk mengeksplorasi ide-ide memasak.<\/p>\n

Beragam kebutuhan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa percakapan mengenai bahan-bahan natural tidak hanya datang dari satu jenis pelaku atau kebutuhan. Dari pencarian bahan baku hingga eksplorasi ide dan aplikasi, setiap interaksi membuka kemungkinan untuk memahami kebutuhan yang berbeda dan menghubungkannya dengan solusi yang relevan.<\/p>\n
